      Woodroze provides a limited warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of our eyewear products.

      WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY? 

      This limited warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, or damages to eyewear caused by normal wear and tear (ex. scratched lenses), accident, abuse, neglect, improper use/storage, or unauthorized modifications or repair attempts. 

      FILING A CLAIM

      Please email us at support@woodroze.com to submit a Product Service Repair/Replacement Request.
      Please allow five (5) days for Woodroze to evaluate your request and advise if the damage is covered under this Limited Warranty. Woodroze has sole discretion to determine Manufacturer's Defects. If it is determined that your product has a Manufacturing Defect, Woodroze will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. All shipments for repair or replacement services are provided free of charge to the customer. If there is no Manufacturing Defect, this limited warranty does not apply and you will receive an e-mail stating the cost for replacing the Product. You may decided at your discretion whether to accept the offer.
